(and repeatedly practice) ATS’ NO-COST, NO-CATCH plumbing specification website. Contestants will be given specifications conditions they must build with on the ATS test website; based on 10 different random building categories. The contestant with the most accurate project and fastest time wins!
“THE GREAT SPEC RACE” will launch on September 15th, 2010, and
continue through to this year’s ASPE convention in Philadelphia, PA, (October 30 - Nov 2).

6" Wide 9820 Channel Brute Drainage System with Integral Cast Iron Rail
The 9820 is a 6" version of the 9828 12" Channel Brute. It is used for extra heavy duty applications, such as airports, bus depots, military bases, warehouses, service stations, and industrial plants. The channel and grate combination is rated for DIN 19580 Class F - 200,000 lbs - 4,182 psi loads and designed to withstand loads forced on by turning actions from heavy wheeled vehicle.

RH9508-04 - Inline Downspout Filter Collector for Above Grade Application for a Roof Area Up to 1,000 Square Feet
The downspout filter is installed above grade in the vertical rainwater downspout piping to remove debris to the storm water system and divert 90% of the clean rainwater to the storage tank. The filter operates as a first flush device.

The drainage off a green roof surface is particularly important component:
- to maintaining optimum growing conditions in the growth medium,
- to managing heavy rainfall without sustaining damage to growth media due to erosion or ponding of water, and
- to ensure the sound engineering and structural integrity of the roof.

A green roof is a vegetated roof with growth media composition to support growing plants. It provides evaporative cooling, converts carbon dioxide to oxygen and reduces stormwater
runoff. Green roofs can also include cool roofs (reflective roofs). Overall,
green roofs offer a wide range of social, economic, and environmental benefits
