FUNCTION: The Smith Remediator® is designed to be installed in the drainage plumbing of commercial and institutional kitchen
facilities for the purpose of intercepting, separating, retaining and biologically disposing of grease, oil and other organic and
inorganic material, not including human waste, contained in effluent of such facilities. |

elements of hydrogen, carbon and oxygen through applied
